Leader Savin made this comment while addressing the sixth full meeting of CPN West Dang on Tuesday.

We want to unite the communist movement of Nepal not only with the Maoist center. We must unite with everyone in our party's policy, leadership and agenda. Speaking about the Samajwadi Morcha, leader Savin also said that although the Morcha was formed with Prachanda, it was not formed with the smugglers there. He said - 'The Socialist Front was formed with Prachanda. CPN has formed a front with the Chairman of the Maoist Center, it has formed a front with honest leaders and activists within the party. The front was not formed with the smugglers inside the Maoist center. Our front is not with smugglers. We have formed a socialist front for socialism. If the party unity is ready to go with our ideas, our policy, our leadership and our agenda, then the party unity will be. Party unity will not happen tomorrow because there are greedy sinners in the Maoist center.

Leader Savin has made it clear that the Samajwadi Front has become a front to protect the national independence of the country as well as to build a socialist system as an alternative when the people are looking for a new political alternative.

Speaking on another occasion, leader Savin said that the fight for national independence is getting complicated. He said – 'America has influenced Nepal's army chief by making him a participant in the IPS program. When Prachanda went to China and said that Nepal will not participate in any military alliance, the Chief of the Nepali Army participated in the IPS program. On the one hand, the front of brokers is forming, on the other hand, the front of patriots is also getting stronger. All these events are making the fight for national independence complicated.

Leader Savin said that since Nepal's broker-pujaist parliamentary system has failed, there is no alternative to establish a socialist system under the leadership of the CPN.

It is reported that the sixth meeting of CPN Paschim Dang held in Tulsipur on Tuesday has decided to intensify the district-wide struggle against MCC, to interact in the district/municipality, to hold mass organization, front meetings/conferences, to train party members, to fight against corruption, irregularity, and commissar.

The central member of CPN and in-charge of Rapti Bureau Savin C was the chief guest of the meeting and the central member of CPN and in-charge of West Dang of the party Pradeep C was the guest of honor.

The meeting was chaired and conducted by the district secretary of CPN West Dang, Nirmal C.

9 अक्टूबर, तुलसीपुर। नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के केंद्रीय सदस्य और राप्ती ब्यूरो के प्रभारी साबिन सी ने टिप्पणी की कि जो लोग डांग में माओवादी केंद्र में घुसे हैं, वे क्षतिग्रस्त टायर हैं.

नेता सविन ने मंगलवार को सीपीएन वेस्ट डांग की छठी पूर्ण बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए यह टिप्पणी की।

बैठक में प्रशिक्षण भाषण देते हुए नेता सबिन ने कहा- 'अब जो लोग माओवादी केंद्र में घुसे हैं, वे क्षतिग्रस्त टायर हैं. आदेश को क्षतिग्रस्त टायरों और इंजन की खराबी वाले वाहन में ऑर्डर किया गया था। माओवादी सेंटर पार्टी इंजन सीज करने वाला वाहन है। कुछ भगोड़े जिन्होंने हमारी पार्टी की सदस्यता का नवीनीकरण नहीं कराया है, वे हमारी पार्टी की आड़ में माओवादी केंद्र में प्रवेश कर गए हैं।

माओवादी केंद्र को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, हम चलाएंगे नेता सविन ने आगे कहा, 'अब माओवादी केंद्र और हमारी पार्टी के बीच एकता की बात हो रही है. हम न केवल माओवादी केंद्र के साथ बल्कि नेपाल के कम्युनिस्ट आंदोलन को भी एकजुट करना चाहते हैं। हमें अपनी पार्टी की नीति, नेतृत्व और एजेंडे में सभी के साथ एकजुट होना होगा।' सबसे पहले चर्चा माओवादी केंद्र की. सबसे पहले हम उस पार्टी का इंजन बदलेंगे, उसका स्टीयरिंग चलाएंगे. सबसे पहले हमें माओवादी केंद्र का इंजन बदलना होगा.

समाजवादी मोर्चा के बारे में बोलते हुए नेता सविन ने यह भी कहा कि मोर्चा का गठन भले ही प्रचंड के साथ हुआ था, लेकिन इसका गठन वहां के तस्करों के साथ नहीं हुआ था. उन्होंने कहा- 'सोशलिस्ट फ्रंट का गठन प्रचंड के साथ हुआ था। सीपीएन ने माओवादी सेंटर के अध्यक्ष के साथ एक मोर्चा बनाया है, इसने पार्टी के भीतर ईमानदार नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ एक मोर्चा बनाया है। माओवादी केंद्र के अंदर तस्करों के साथ मोर्चा नहीं बना था. हमारा मोर्चा तस्करों से नहीं है. हमने समाजवाद के लिए समाजवादी मोर्चा बनाया है. अगर पार्टी एकता हमारे विचारों, हमारी नीति, हमारे नेतृत्व और हमारे एजेंडे के साथ चलने के लिए तैयार है, तो पार्टी एकता होगी। पार्टी की एकता कल नहीं होगी क्योंकि माओवादी केंद्र में लालची पापी हैं.

नेता सविन ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि समाजवादी मोर्चा देश की राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा के साथ-साथ एक विकल्प के रूप में समाजवादी व्यवस्था के निर्माण का मोर्चा बन गया है जब लोग एक नए राजनीतिक विकल्प की तलाश में हैं।

एक अन्य अवसर पर बोलते हुए नेता सविन ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्रता की लड़ाई जटिल होती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा- 'अमेरिका ने नेपाल के सेनाध्यक्ष को आईपीएस प्रोग्राम में भागीदार बनाकर उन्हें प्रभावित किया है। जब प्रचंड ने चीन जाकर कहा कि नेपाल किसी भी सैन्य गठबंधन में हिस्सा नहीं लेगा तो नेपाली सेना के प्रमुख ने आईपीएस के कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया. एक तरफ दलालों का मोर्चा बन रहा है तो दूसरी तरफ देशभक्तों का मोर्चा भी मजबूत हो रहा है. ये सभी घटनाएँ राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्रता की लड़ाई को जटिल बना रही हैं।

नेता सविन ने कहा कि चूंकि नेपाल की दलाल-पूजावादी संसदीय प्रणाली विफल हो गई है, इसलिए सीपीएन के नेतृत्व में समाजवादी व्यवस्था स्थापित करने का कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

बताया गया है कि मंगलवार को तुलसीपुर में आयोजित सीपीएन पश्चिम डांग की छठी बैठक में एमसीसी के खिलाफ जिलाव्यापी संघर्ष तेज करने, जिला/नगर पालिका में संवाद करने, जन संगठन, मोर्चा बैठकें/सम्मेलन आयोजित करने, पार्टी सदस्यों को प्रशिक्षित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है. , भ्रष्टाचार, अनियमितता और कमीशनखोरी के खिलाफ लड़ना है।

बैठक के मुख्य अतिथि नेकपा के केंद्रीय सदस्य एवं राप्ती ब्यूरो प्रभारी सविन सी थे तथा विशिष्ट अतिथि नेकपा के केंद्रीय सदस्य एवं पार्टी के पश्चिमी डांग प्रभारी प्रदीप सी थे.बैठक की अध्यक्षता एवं संचालन नेकपा पश्चिम दाङ के जिला सचिव निर्मल सी. ने किया.
